CAN I DO YIN YOGA?
The joy of Yin Yoga is that it is an accessible practice and we fully encourage the use of props to help you get in and stay in a pose. All ages, all abilities and beginners are more than welcome. Unfortunately at this point I cannot teach pregnant clients.
WHEN SHOULD I GET TO CLASS?
All equipment is set out for you on arrival so there is no need to arrive well ahead of the class time. Life is busy and traffic and parking can be a nightmare - we get it - so just give yourself enough time so that you can chill your body and mind before class. If you're new please arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule to fill in a new client form.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
At the two studios Rogue Yoga currently teaches from there are no showering facilities. There are bathrooms available to change and water is available too. Yin Yoga is such a gentle chilled practice that you could do it with a fresh blow dry and full make up without it being disturbed too much!
WHAT DO I NEED?
All mats and props are provided so just bring an open mind and maybe some water to keep you hydrated.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing you can move around in. We stay in poses for up to 5 minutes so bring a sweater if you get cold and you can keep your socks on. All we ask is for you to remove your shoes before entering the studio.
AND WHAT WILL THIS AWESOME EXPERIENCE COST ME?
Drop in prices are £10 or £8 if you have a valid student card.
You can also purchase a 6 class pass for £50 valid for 12 weeks from purchase, £40 for students.
WAIT, DO I HAVE TO COME EVERY WEEK OR CAN I DROP IN?
We get it, you can't always make it to class on Saturday and that's OK. Our passes are valid for 3 months OR you can pay as you go for when you need a little yin time on the mat. We can't guarantee you won't get FOMO but we can guarantee to always welcome you back and that missing a few classes won't put you out of sync.
